Non-human learning provides insight into the fundamental mechanisms of learning by revealing which aspects are shared across species and which aspects differ. At LulLABy, this perspective allows us to trace how learning develops not only within an individual’s lifetime (ontogenesis) but also across evolutionary timescales (phylogenesis).
